七分熟成の茶葉を摘み、急速な殺菁(高温の釜に入れ発酵を止めること)を施した軽い発酵茶で、緑茶の栄養素と香りを保ちました。緑茶と自家農場で育ったキンモクセイが合わさり、黄金桂花の風味を引き出しています。球型製法により作られたこの茶葉は、何度も淹れることが可能です。
This slightly fermented tea was made with newly opened leaf buds. The fermentation process was stopped at the earliest stage in the process to keep all the nutrients and aroma of green tea. Flavored with flowers from the 30-year-old osmanthus trees from our own farm, the tea has a very distinctive flavor. The unique pellet shape also makes it easier for steeping many more times.
