<p class="p1" style="margin-bottom:0px;font-size:17px;line-height:normal;color:rgb(0,0,0);"><span class="s1" style="font-family:UICTFontTextStyleBody;">1.在您收到商品當日起，如發現有瑕疵、破損、商品短缺的狀況，請於三日內以Line官方帳號https://lin.ee/1GNL4ID聯絡，提出換貨需求，我們將盡速處理。</span></p><p class="p1" style="margin-bottom:0px;font-size:17px;line-height:normal;color:rgb(0,0,0);"><span class="s1" style="font-family:UICTFontTextStyleBody;">2. 基於食品衛生安全考量，換貨商品必須為「全新未經拆封」，一經拆封食用後，將不提供換貨。商品包裝需完整回收，包含所購買之主商品、外盒、附件、內外包裝、隨機文件、贈品等。若有缺件、商品毀損不完整情況發生，恕無法換貨。</span></p><p class="p1" style="margin-bottom:0px;font-size:17px;line-height:normal;color:rgb(0,0,0);"><span class="s1" style="font-family:UICTFontTextStyleBody;">3. 當貨運人員收回商品時請主動索取單據，並保留至退換貨完成，以利查詢。</span></p><p class="p1" style="margin-bottom:0px;font-size:17px;line-height:normal;color:rgb(0,0,0);"><span class="s1" style="font-family:UICTFontTextStyleBody;">4. 相關法規參考:依據「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」第2條規定，通訊交易的商品或服務有易於腐敗、保存期限較短或解約時即將逾期之產品，可排除消保法第19條第1項『7日內無須說明理由及負擔任何費用解除權』。本公司食品不含防腐劑，保存期限較短，所以產品送出後，本公司是不接受換貨的。</span></p><p class="p1" style="margin-bottom:0px;font-size:17px;line-height:normal;color:rgb(0,0,0);"><span class="s1" style="font-family:UICTFontTextStyleBody;">5. 在什麼情況無法辦理換貨？</span></p><p class="p1" style="margin-bottom:0px;font-size:17px;line-height:normal;color:rgb(0,0,0);"><span class="s1" style="font-family:UICTFontTextStyleBody;">a.個人口感、喜好不合。</span></p><p class="p1" style="margin-bottom:0px;font-size:17px;line-height:normal;color:rgb(0,0,0);"><span class="s1" style="font-family:UICTFontTextStyleBody;">b.因特別說明已註明無法換貨之商品。</span></p><p class="p1" style="margin-bottom:0px;font-size:17px;line-height:normal;color:rgb(0,0,0);"><span class="s1" style="font-family:UICTFontTextStyleBody;">c.未事先通知逕行將商品寄回，本公司不予接受換貨，運費則由消費者自行負擔。</span></p><p class="p1" style="margin-bottom:0px;font-size:17px;line-height:normal;color:rgb(0,0,0);"><span class="s1" style="font-family:UICTFontTextStyleBody;">6. 《通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則》第二條 本法第十九條第一項但書所稱合理例外情事，指通訊交易之商品或服務有下列情形之一，並經企業經營者告知消費者，將排除本法第十九條解除權之適用：</span></p><p class="p1" style="margin-bottom:0px;font-size:17px;line-height:normal;color:rgb(0,0,0);"><span class="s1" style="font-family:UICTFontTextStyleBody;">根據法規，本公司之產品符合「一、易於腐敗、保存期限較短或解約時即將逾期」及「二、依消費者要求所為之客製化給付。」之規定。</span></p><p class="p1" style="margin-bottom:0px;font-size:17px;line-height:normal;color:rgb(0,0,0);"><span class="s1" style="font-family:UICTFontTextStyleBody;">當您同意使用本服務訂購產品時，因產品保存期限較短，且原物料皆已採購，本公司於訂單出貨前，仍保有不接受訂單取消之權利。</span></p>
